Terms of Service for "Tô Liso" and "Infinity Basketball" Games

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Tô Liso" and "Infinity Basketball" games ("Games"), provided by HS Dev. By accessing or using the Games, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Games, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Games.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Games for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Account

• You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Games.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. In-App Purchases (Infinity Basketball)

• "Infinity Basketball" offers in-app purchases for virtual items.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

• You are responsible for all fees and taxes associated with your purchases.

5. User Content

• You are responsible for any content you submit or post in the Games.

• You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of third parties.

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Games and all their content (including, but not limited to, graphics, text, software, and code) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Games without our express permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Games for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Games or servers connected to the Games.

• Use cheats, bots, or other unauthorized methods to play the Games.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• The Games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

• We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Games.

9. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Our total liability for any damages arising from these Terms or the Games shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Games (if any).

10. Changes to the Terms

• We will notify you of any significant changes.

• Your continued use of the Games after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Termination

• We may terminate your access to the Games at any time, for any reason.

• You may terminate these Terms by deleting your account and discontinuing your use of the Games.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
